ROCHOBBY 1:18 Cheyenne 6x6 RTR Gray (Discontinued)

Absolutely loving the ROCHOBBY 1:18 Cheyenne 6x6 RTR! It's a beast off-road, easy to control, and its rugged design is a real eye-catcher. Pure off-roading joy!

I was a little disappointed out of the box but I added softer tires and it's a lot of fun.

The body looks great & I am SO loving the 6x6. It's so stable & climbs like no body's business!It's the perfect size, I just toss it in my bag & ride my e-bike & find places to crawl. So much more convent than my 1/10th scale.

The six wheels gives you an unbelievable amount of traction - uphills especially!

Awesome looking, and great features on this compact little truck, I was impressed with the lighting features and the low/high gear feature. Personally I found this truck quite fun but a lil under powered, (mind ya it is my first 1/18th scale crawler). I also dislike how you have to re-initialize full steering every time you power the truck up as it goes back to mid-range by default. All in all a great purchase as far as I'm concerned.

RocHobby seems to consistently RC cars that can be driven inside and outside and then when not in use, be parked on a shelf like a scale model. This 6X6 Cheyenne is amazing to see in action though admittedly, I have never driven a 6x6 RC before. On the trails, it just goes where you tell it. I assumed that the extra set of axles would have limited the steering but it wasn't really noticeable. It was able to climb most things, the only limitation being a steep grade and very soft dirt. The battery life is awesome and I am always a huge fan of the lighting. I was also surprised by how well done the paint job is, it is well covered, glossy and contrasts well with the trim and interior. Cool little tail gate tells me it needs something sit in there! It is a great little trail truck and surprisingly capable!

It's great you need to get one

I will say this, it is a ton of fun, however if you want a real crawler experience, get a larger truck. This is for small scale crawling. it does have 6x6 and is very strong for it's size, but I have encountered numerous obstacles on small courses that this truck can't handle. I still give it 5 stars because knowing this it still runs great, lasts a while, looks great, is made of nice materials, and is easy to run all over. In tall grass it struggles, steep ledges, it struggles, some uphill areas it struggles. It does have a climbing setting which is nice and provides a bit more torque n force when inclining or climbing up. The lights are a nice little touch and the cab is cool, but nothing can fit in and the doors don't open. WIth all that said, this truck is pretty cool regardless, and I love how it functions knowing it is made for small scale crawls. highly recommend.

Speed is not always the winner. I absolutely love driving this guy always thinking is this the moment it wont...!!! Seeing the independent wheels up and down as you drive over sticks is just a delight. Lights look great at evening time and the reverse lights really stand out and make ya laugh as they indicate left or right turning as well.
